Holiday Decorating Contest Winners
It's that time of year again! Time to brighten up Orleans to help celebrate the holiday season! The Orleans Improvement Association (OIA) is sponsoring the 2014 Holiday Decorating Contest with just that purpose in mind.
OIA's goal is to see Orleans sparkle and glitter and bring the season's joy everywhere you look in this very special town.
Businesses throughout the town are encouraged to send in applications and spruce up their windows and store fronts to reflect the holiday spirit. First, second and third prizes of $500, $300 and $200 will be awarded to the winners.
The judging criteria are: Creativity - Capturing the Holiday Spirit - Attractive both Day & Night.
OIA will be delivering flyers with a contest application, or if you want to get a jump on the contest we have included an application in this message. Just click to open and print it and mail it or email it to info@orleansimprovement.org.
2014 Decorating Application
Applications will also be available at the Orlean's Chamber of Commerce
- Applications are due December 4
- Decorations must be Twinkling by December 7
- Winners will be announced at "Carols and Cocktails" held at the Nauset Beach Club, December 16th at 5:00 PM.
